Buddha Eyes - Nepal

The Buddha Eyes, or Wisdom Eyes, appear across Nepalese stupas as a symbol of awareness. The spiral between them resembles the Nepali numeral one, traditionally associated with unity and the path toward enlightenment. Embroidered in sharp red and yellow against an earthy brown body, the symbol feels almost older than the shirt carrying it.
