Machine Head – The Blackening

he Blackening arrived in 2007 with songs long enough that Machine Head were being told they were basically committing commercial suicide. Instead, it became the record that resurrected the band’s reputation — including a Grammy nomination and tours with Metallica.

The front still carries the album’s executioner artwork while the back print has been worn almost completely out of existence.
